Because sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is hit reset.
At Reset, we empower individuals to take control of their health, move beyond persistent pain, and live life on their own terms. We believe healing starts with understanding - not just the body, but the mind and environment too. Our holistic approach blends evidence-based pain science with practical tools that help people manage their wellbeing with confidence and independence.
A Deeper Look
Persistent pain is complex and deeply personal. That’s why at Reset, we use the bio-psycho-social model - a framework that recognises pain as influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors. This approach allows us to move beyond quick fixes and instead create meaningful, lasting change.
Founded by Martina, Reset is built on a philosophy that combines modern pain science, physiotherapy, movement, mindfulness and education. Martina works closely with the team to ensure every client receives the same high standard of compassionate, evidence-based care.
With over two decades of experience in pain education and interdisciplinary care, Martina brings compassion, expertise, and innovation to every client interaction - helping people not only reset their bodies, but reset their lives.

Growing With Our Community
As Reset continues to grow, we're excited to expand our team to better support our clients and community.
While Martina remains actively involved in clinical care and the direction of the practice, she is now supported by a growing team of physiotherapists who share the same values and commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care.
This allows us to offer greater appointment availability, continuity of care and access to specialised expertise while maintaining the personalised approach that Reset is known for.

Physiotherapist
Anish Bhardwaj
Anish's passion for physiotherapy began through his own experience with injury as a national-level hockey player. After a career-ending knee injury, he saw firsthand how important the right support, guidance and rehabilitation can be - not just for recovery, but for helping people get back to doing what they love.
Today, Anish brings that same understanding and empathy to every client he works with. Whether supporting someone through pain, injury or a return to activity, he is passionate about helping people build confidence in their bodies and achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
With experience working alongside athletes and active individuals across a range of sporting environments, Anish combines evidence-based care with a genuine commitment to listening, educating and empowering those he works with.
